Featured in last week's Small Business Tuesday is the newest restaurant in Fairfield County, Quay's Authentic Southern Cuisine & Seafood Buffet. Ms. Me'Ocia Coleman, the owner, shared that her and her team are ecstatic about opening! She is also glad to be able to provide 36 current jobs and is looking forward to hiring more staff over the next two months. The restaurant's speciality cuisine is soul food with a seafood variety to choose from as well. A few of their menu items are six-cheese macaroni and cheese, fried chicken, green beans, and collard greens. Regarding seafood, a few of the items are crab legs (a la carte) and panacea grouper--which is sautéed in a white wine butter lemon sauce.
On Monday and Tuesday, the restaurant is closed. Wednesday - Friday, they are open from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, because the restaurant does serve a breakfast menu, they will open at 7 a.m. and close at 9:30 p.m. Make sure to support our newest local business!
