Mr. David J. Webb was just named the 2019 Technician of the Year at the America’s Best Training & Skills Challenge held by the National Association for Pupil Transportation in Cypress, Texas. Mr. Webb is currently the Bus Shop Foreman for the Fairfi eld Bus Shop under the direction of Ms. Susan Jordan in Winnsboro, S.C. Mr. Webb has been a mechanic for 13 years.
