Winnsboro Rotary Encourages Better Friendships

On March 1st, Dr. Seuss’ birthday, the Winnsboro Rotary Club dedicated a Friendship Bench to Kelly Miller Elementary. The club hopes the bench will be used to cultivate better friendships for the students of Kelly Miller Elementary. The club also plans to donate additional benches to schools in Fairfield County.
